About Dr. Koppel.
Todd Koppel, MD, is an interventional pain management specialist in private practice at Garden State Pain Management. His patients in Clifton, New Jersey, receive individualized attention, customized treatment, and science-based interventional therapies that dramatically improve their quality of life.
With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Koppel has extensive experience treating the full range of conditions affecting the back, neck, and joints, including disc herniations, sciatica, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, pinched nerves, and other spinal disorders. His thorough evaluations, diagnostic expertise, and comprehensive treatment plans produce results: Over 90% of his patients experience dramatic improvement and avoid surgery.
Dr. Koppel studied at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and Cornell University Medical College in New York City. After graduating with his medical degree, he received pain specialty training at the New York Hospital and the Hospital for Special Surgery, which is the premier orthopedic training institution in the region. Dr. Koppel is board certified and fellowship trained in interventional pain management.
